Job summary

Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking an Assistant Manager in Scotland to lead daily centre operations and drive excellent customer service. You will supervise front-of-house activities, coach team members, and work closely with the General Manager to meet performance targets.

The role requires a hands-on leader willing to work nights and weekends, with a focus on delivering a fun, safe, and engaging guest experience across the bowling and leisure environment.
