- Management experience in the leisure, hospitality or retail industry.

Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor the team.
- Run an exceptional front-of-house operation (lanes, bar/diner, amusements).
- Support the General Manager back-of-house to deliver centre goals and financial targets.
- Ensure the centre has the best standards and service in the industry.
- Create a safe and fun environment for customers.
