Job summary

Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive guest experiences across our busy centre in Greater London. You’ll lead a dynamic team, ensuring smooth operations across lanes, bar, diner and amusements, while upholding our safety and service standards.

You will receive comprehensive induction and ongoing training, with opportunities for career progression through our Centre Manager in Training programme and apprenticeships. A rewarding role in a fun, fast-paced environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Demonstrated passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Proven ability to inspire and develop large teams.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Run an outstanding front-of-house operation and support back-of-house in achieving targets.
• Assist the General Manager in achieving centre goals and financial targets.
• Ensure the centre maintains the highest standards of safety and service.
