Job summary

Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our busy centre. You’ll receive a thorough induction, be trained across lanes, bar and diner, and become central to delivering a fun, safe customer journey for every guest.

In this role you’ll coach and mentor the team, run a high‑quality front‑of‑house operation, and support the General Manager back‑of‑house in achieving centre goals and financial targets.

Qualifications

• Management experience within leisure/hospitality/retail.
• Passion for customer service.
• Evidence of inspiring and developing large teams.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Desire for success.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the team and run an exceptional front-of-house operation.
