Job summary

Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a busy centre, ensuring smooth operations and high guest satisfaction. You will coach and motivate the team, oversee front-of-house excellence, and support the General Manager to hit financial targets.

The role includes a 40-hour contract with additional pay for extra shifts, and benefits such as food discounts and access to training programmes as part of our supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage and develop teams in a busy leisure/retail setting.
• Strong customer service focus with a track record of delivering great guest experiences.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends and adapt to busy periods.
