Job summary

Hollywood Bowl Group is hiring an Assistant Manager in the UK to lead front‑of‑house operations and develop a high‑performing team. You’ll be coached across all areas, including lanes, bar, diner, and amusements, to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Successful candidates will have management experience in leisure or retail, a passion for customer service, and a track record of inspiring large teams. Nights and weekends may be required to drive centre success.

Qualifications

• Management experience in leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Proven ability to inspire and develop large teams.
• Strong focus on customer service excellence.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Run daily front‑of‑house operations and support back‑of‑house goals.
• Ensure high standards, safety, and an engaging customer journey.
• Work closely with the General Manager to meet centre targets.
