Five Guys is seeking an Assistant Manager in the United Kingdom to lead shift teams on busy lines and in the dining area, delivering great burgers and fries while upholding our standards. You will support the General Manager, manage a P&L, control costs, mentor staff, and foster a fun, values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of management experience in high‑volume hospitality or QSR.
• Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction and deliver strong Mystery Shopper results.
• Experience assisting with P&L, labour costs and inventory control.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development能力.

Responsabilités

• Lead Shift Managers and Crew, hands-on on the floor and dining area.
• Supporting the General Manager in delivering burgers, fries and customer experience.
• Create an engaging working environment aligned with Five Guys values.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly with openness and integrity.
• Ensure shifts run smoothly, manage long‑term plans and costs.
• Own the shift P&L, drive sales and control expenses.
