Five Guys in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations on the shop floor and ensure exceptional guest service. You will support the General Manager in driving store results and maintaining high standards of hygiene and food quality.

The role requires 1–2 years of management experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting, strong leadership, and a focus on coaching and developing the team.

Qualifications

• Ideally you have at least 1-2 years of management experience in a similar role within a high-volume hospitality or QSR environment.
• You know what it takes to run a busy shift and keep the energy high.
• Experience assisting with P&L management, controlling labour costs and managing inventory/waste.

Responsabilités

• Lead shifts and manage team members on the floor and dining area.
• Assist the General Manager in delivering excellent burgers, fries and customer experience.
• Create a positive working environment aligned with Five Guys values.
• Ensure customer delight and handle complaints promptly and honestly.
• Own shift execution and long-term planning to improve store results.
• Drive sales while controlling costs and developing talent.
