What You´ll Do:

As the Assistant Manager, you will shape and strengthen the revenue accounting function by:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of revenue accounting specialists.

  • Driving the rollout of new client onboarding and revenue processes.

  • Supporting airline partners with clear, insightful financial and analytical guidance.

  • Ensuring service levels, deadlines, and quality standards are consistently met.

  • Collaborating with coordinators to refine workflows and set meaningful goals.

  • Building strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and reliability.

  • Overseeing critical deliverables for key clients when required.

  • Identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, automation, and productivity.

  • Supporting and leading system implementations, ensuring smooth and accurate data migration.

  • Maintaining rigorous quality checks to guarantee accurate revenue outcomes.

  • Staying current with industry regulations and ensuring compliance across all accounts.

  • Taking on additional tasks as needed to support operations.

What You Bring:

We're looking for someone who combines industry expertise with strong leadership and analytical capabilities:

  • In-depth knowledge of airline revenue accounting (ticketing, ancillary revenue, refunds, interline, etc.).

  • Familiarity with aviation accounting standards, including IATA Revenue Accounting guidelines.

  • Experience with complex revenue recognition and compliance requirements.

  • Strong ability to analyse large data sets and identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.

  • Confidence in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

  • A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for process optimization and automation.

  • Experience working with technology teams on system implementations and upgrades.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, delegate, and build a positive team culture.

  • Strong fluency in spoken and written English, with the ability to clearly communicate complex financial information.

  • Strong problem-solving skills backed by analytical thinking and accuracy.
