Job summary

Shepherd Neame Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running a busy pub, lead a team and deliver memorable hospitality.

You will drive service standards, manage stock and staff development, and ensure health and safety compliance while delivering a great guest experience with flexible hours and real progression opportunities.
