Shepherd Neame's Sun Inn in Faversham, Kent, is recruiting an Assistant Manager to assist the General Manager in daily operations, lead the team, and drive outstanding hospitality. The role offers progression within Britain’s oldest brewer and a vibrant pub environment.

You will be part of a team delivering high standards, managing stock and costs, and ensuring health and safety compliance while mentoring staff and enhancing guest experiences.

Where You’ll Be Working

Just a short stroll from the Shepherd Neame brewery in the historic medieval market town of Faversham, Kent, the Sun Inn is a busy pub and restaurant that oozes history, charm and character. Dating back to the 14th century, the Sun Inn still has a very traditional feel, boasting its original inglenook fireplaces and oak beams. It also has 12 newly refurbished en-suite bedrooms which boast contemporary style and the latest facilities, while also retaining their historic character.
