Job summary

St Austell Brewery in Plymouth is seeking an Assistant Manager at Rashleigh Arms to lead a team and deliver welcoming guest experiences. You will support the General Manager, oversee front and back of house, and help ensure service standards and a high-quality food offering.

You will develop staff, uphold health and safety, and aim for a future General Manager role, with benefits such as flexible working and staff discounts.

• A keen eye for detail means you keep all admin and cash management systems ticking along as they should, taking responsibility when the General Manager is away.
• You know health and safety regulations like the back of your hand.
• Team members see you as an inspiring role model and know they can depend on you for support and development.
• You take pride and responsibility for your own development, with an eye towards becoming a General Manager one day.
