  • Creating a warm welcome to guests comes naturally, ensuring experiences delight from the get-go.
  • Keeping a watchful eye over customer feedback means your team is always adapting to maintain high standards.
  • You go above and beyond to ensure a consistently high level of service, supporting the full team including Front and Back of House during peak times.
  • Oversee the consistent production of a quality food offering and recognise the importance of the Kitchen Team.
  • Having a wealth of experience in a similar role means you are able to recognise when team members need help and you’ll support where needed.
  • A keen eye for detail means you keep all admin and cash management systems ticking along as they should, taking responsibility when the General Manager is away.
  • You know health and safety regulations well.
  • Team members see you as an inspiring role model and trust you for support and development.
  • You take pride in your own development and aim to become a General Manager one day.
