St Austell Brewery is seeking an ambassador to lead across our managed pubs, providing essential support to General Managers and driving area performance across Devon and Cornwall.
You will champion our brand and values, ensure strong P&L and balance sheet management, uphold compliance, and translate the business plan into practical, people-led improvements.

This is an exciting time for the business, and in this role, you’ll provide essential support and guidance to General Managers across a diverse portfolio of pubs.
You’ll play a key role in driving the success of your area, using your experience and leadership to deliver strong performance and bring our strategic business plan to life.
