Sun Inn in Faversham, Kent, part of Shepherd Neame Limited, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead the team in delivering outstanding hospitality.

You will be responsible for daily operations, staff development, stock control, and ensuring health and safety compliance while delivering consistent guest experiences in a historic pub setting.

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the General Manager to run the pub efficiently, lead the team, and deliver outstanding hospitality. Where You’ll Be Working

Just a short stroll from the Shepherd Neame brewery in the historic medieval market town of Faversham, Kent, the Sun Inn is a busy pub and restaurant that oozes history, charm and character. Dating back to the 14th century, the Sun Inn still has a very traditional feel, boasting its original inglenook fireplaces and oak beams. It also has 12 newly refurbished en-suite bedrooms which boast contemporary style and the latest facilities, while also retaining their historic character.
