George & Dragon, part of Shepherd Neame Limited, is seeking a Deputy Manager to work closely with the General Manager in delivering exceptional hospitality at this traditional English pub.

You will lead operations, coach the team, manage stock and costs, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding our standards and values.
