Responsibilities

• Run the shift and be responsible for the store in the General Manager’s absence.
• Provide exceptional customer service and deploy the team effectively to achieve it.
• Act as role model and ambassador for Ole & Steen with high standards.
• Drive sales and KPI achievement in line with campaigns and offers.
• Ensure clear handovers during shifts and review each shift’s actions.
• Demonstrate bakery and personal presentation standards in hygiene and uniforms.
• Assist in training new team members with coaching and feedback.
• Open or close the store in line with company standards.
• Learn new skills and grow with us.
