haart Estate Agents in Hornchurch seeks an Assistant Branch Manager to lead the lettings team, drive new business, and deliver strong customer service. You will liaise with tenants, negotiate tenancies, market properties, and ensure regulatory compliance while providing support during the manager's absence.

This role offers a guaranteed commission for the first two months, uncapped commissions, a company car, and training including a Level 3 Award in Property and Housing Management where

• Full UK driving licence (manual).

Responsabilidades

• Liaise with prospective tenants and arrange viewings.
• Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies.
• Market properties to tenants using various skills.
• Develop and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Assess/value properties for the market.
• Assist teams to achieve KPIs.
• Provide support in managers absence.
• Generate new and repeat business; canvass local area.
• Ensure properties meet health and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies.

• Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
• Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
• Marketing properties to tenants utilizing various marketing skills
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
• Experience assessing / valuing properties for the market
• Assisting the teams to successfully achieve KPI’s
• Providing support to your colleagues in your managers absence
