• Supporting the Hub Manager with the day‑to‑day running of the hub.
• Creating and managing staff rotas.
• Handling membership queries and ensuring members feel valued.
• Assisting with event planning for tournaments, socials and open days.
• Delivering an exceptional experience for members, players and guests.
• Managing bookings and keeping front‑of‑house operations running smoothly.
• Leading and motivating the front‑of‑house team.
• Actively promoting the hub to grow participation and membership.
• Ensuring smooth operations and high standards across the venue.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role (hospitality, leisure or sport).
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• A proactive, hands‑on approach – willing to roll up your sleeves.
• Strong organisational skills for scheduling, planning and follow‑through.
• Great communication skills and the ability to inspire a team.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and events.
• An interest in sport – padel knowledge is a bonus but not essential.
