We have a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a genuine desire to take personal responsibility in delivering excellent customer service as part of our housing team, focusing on tenancy and estate management. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for:

  • Working on your own geographical patch
  • Assisting with the delivery of housing management services
  • Assisting with resolving complex issues such as anti‑social behaviour
  • Assisting with project management and environmental improvements
  • Giving support, guidance, and advice to local neighbourhood residents associations

Our ideal candidate will be able to work on their own initiative and manage a busy workload. You will join us with excellent customer service skills and have the ability to build effective relationships. It is important that you have an understanding of key safeguarding principles, as well as excellent communication, organisation and IT skills. You may already work in a housing role, or you may be working in a role within law enforcement, social services, mental health services, or even the military. If this sounds like you, we would welcome your application.

Due to the nature of this position, you will need to have a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle, which is insured for business use; or be willing to cycle around the city.
