Sanctuary is seeking an Assistant Housing Officer in Dundee to join our Housing team. You will handle front desk duties, process applications, draft tenancy paperwork, liaise with tenants, resolve issues, and manage admin tasks.
The role offers full training, ongoing support, and opportunities to develop within a not-for-profit housing association. We seek motivated candidates with strong customer service and Microsoft Office skills, and experience in social housing management.
We have an opportunity for an Assistant Housing Officer to join our Housing team based in Dundee. You will be working in a team of Assistant Housing Officers, Housing Officers and a Welfare Rights Officer. You will work on a variety of administrative tasks to provide support and enable the delivery of a high quality housing management service. You will receive full training, on-going support and opportunities to develop. Whilst this is a very diverse and challenging role, it is equally rewarding.
