Sanctuary Group in Ely, Cambridgeshire, is seeking a Housing Officer to join our Housing team. The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based in Ely, managing a patch of social housing properties and tenancies to ensure safety and attractiveness of living spaces.
You will deliver high quality housing management, tenancy and resident services, and work with external agencies to support residents while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

We have an opportunity for a Housing Officer to join our Housing team, based in Ely. As a Housing Officer you will be responsible for the management of a patch of social housing properties and tenancies, which will involve making sure that our properties are safe and attractive places to live and ensuring that tenancies are being conducted in asatisfactory way. The role includes void management, compliance responsibilities, anti-social behavior management and the full range of housing management. If you have experience in property or tenancy management and providing high quality customer service, then this could be the role for you.
