Dunbritton Housing Association is seeking a Housing Services Assistant to join our office in Dumbarton. The role includes call handling, administering housing applications, and supporting the Head of Housing Services and Housing Officers, along with data input and customer interactions in person.
The successful candidate will have strong IT skills and be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, with flexibility to meet service demands.
Working Hours: Full-time - 35 hours per week, permanent.
Are you highly motivated, customer-focused and looking to start or develop your career within social housing? You will ideally have experience in delivering admin support in a busy customer-focused environment, whilst housing experience would be advantageous it is not essential.
