£35,947 - £37,839 per year
37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, 09.00 to 17.00
We have an opportunity for a Housing Officer to join our Housing team, based in Rochford. As a Housing Officer you will be responsible for the management of a patch of social housing properties and tenancies in the Rochford and South East Essex area. This will involve making sure that our properties are safe and attractive places to live and ensuring that tenancies are being conducted in asatisfactory way. The role includes void management, compliance responsibilities, anti-social behavior management and the full range of housing management. If you have experience in property or tenancy management and providing high quality customer service, then this could be the role for you.
