We are seeking an experienced, committed and values-led Assistant Headteacher (Inclusion)to join our Senior Leadership Team. This is a key strategic role for a leader who believes passionately in inclusive education and improving outcomes for vulnerable learners.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the school’s strategic leadership through the effective oversight of whole-school inclusion, including line management and staff development. Central to the role is driving improved academic, social and emotional outcomes for students with SEND and SEMH needs. The post includes a small teaching commitment, enabling the post-holder to model excellent inclusive practice and remain closely connected to pupils and staff.
