We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join a high-volume, premium restaurant known for delivering exceptional food and service in a fast-paced environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong operator who thrives in busy venues and is confident leading large teams while maintaining high standards throughout service.

The Role:
  • Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of a high-volume premium restaurant
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a large team (50+ staff)
  • Ensure excellent guest experience during busy services
  • Support with rotas, staffing, training, and performance management
  • Assist with financial controls, stock management, and P&L awareness
  • Uphold brand standards, compliance, and operational excellence
The Ideal Candidate:
