  • Confidence to be hands‑on, supporting padel sessions and club activities when needed
  • A people‑first approach, with the ability to create a welcoming, inclusive, and social club environment
What You’ll Do
  • Build and grow a thriving local padel and leisure community through engaging activities and well‑planned programmes
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages participation, repeat visits, and strong member relationships
  • Plan and deliver events, padel sessions, and social activities that bring people together
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring high standards are maintained across the venue at all times
  • Lead social media activity to keep members informed, engaged, and active
