Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking an Activities Manager to lead and manage the efficient operation of all activities across the Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim and Families departments within the DL Club. You will regularly act as Duty Manager, taking responsibility for the smooth operation of the entire club and delivering an exceptional experience to members.

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable departments.
• Great communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• A passion for customer service.

About the Role

The Activities Manager leads and manages the efficient operation of all activities across the Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim and Families departments within the DL Club. The role regularly acts as Duty Manager, taking responsibility for the efficient operation of the entire club.
