Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking an Activities Manager to lead all activities in the Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim and Families departments. You will regularly act as Duty Manager, ensuring smooth operations across the whole club and delivering exceptional member experiences.

You will recruit, train and empower your team to bring their best performance daily, while fostering a welcoming, inclusive club culture for members and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large operational service delivery facility.
• Experience leading multiple functions across departments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in financial planning and management.

Responsibilities

As Activities Manager you will lead and manage an efficient operation of all activities that take place in the Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim and Families Departments within your DL Club . You will regularly act as Duty Manager, taking responsibility for the efficient operation for the entire club.

About you :

• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable depts.
• Overall great communication and collaboration skills
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• A passion about customer service.
