David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. in Narborough is seeking an Activities Manager to lead and manage the operational delivery of all activities across Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim and Families within the club.

You will regularly act as Duty Manager, oversee recruitment, training and empowerment of your team, and strive to deliver an exceptional experience to our members every day. We offer a vibrant, inclusive culture with career advancement opportunities and perks including free club

Qualifications

• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable depts.
• Overall great communication and collaboration skills
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• A passion about customer service.

Responsibilities
