Location : Solihull

Salary : £35,000-£40,000 per annum (DOE)

Hours : Monday to Friday, 9am-5 : 30pm

This is a hands‑on role supporting the Facilities Manager and senior leadership team in delivering exceptional service standards across a diverse property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and maintenance of commercial buildings
  • Conduct regular property inspections and log findings
  • Monitor contractor and supplier performance
  • Assist in drafting and managing service charge budgets
  • Ensure accurate utility meter readings and data management
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and legislative frameworks
