Assistant Façade Manager - Main Contractor

Our client is a long established and successful main contractor, operating across a range of sectors including: residential, commercial, mixed use, retail, hotels, leisure and more.

They're looking to recruit an Assistant Façade Manager to join their team on a to run the a £45m residential new build near Epsom.

Their ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Previous experience in all façade elements ie: scaffold, SFS, windows, external doors, roofing, balconies, GRC, traditional brick, brick slip systems, architectural metal work etc.
  • Facade experience including: traditional block and brickwork, traditional timber truss and cut roofs
  • Good knowledge of design, drawings, details, specifications etc.
  • QA completing and recording build stages
  • Efficient with construction management software programs
  • Awareness of HSE legislation and requirements and ensure these are being adhered to on site.
  • Relevant industry qualifications.
