Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of fast-track commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
• Support the management of 1-3 live fit-out projects concurrently.
• Assist with design coordination, technical detailing, and pre-construction planning.
• Support day-to-day site management activities, including subcontractor coordination.
• Monitor and update fit-out programmes, ensuring key milestones are achieved.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, landlords, and managing agents.
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Attend site, design, and client meetings, tracking actions.

• Proven experience within a Design & Build commercial fit-out environment
• Experience delivering commercial and/or educational fit-out and refurbishment projects

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of fast-track commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects ranging from £50k - £5m
• Support the management of 1-3 live fit-out projects concurrently, depending on size and complexity
• Assist with design coordination, technical detailing, and pre-construction planning for D&B fit-out schemes
• Support day-to-day site management activities, including subcontractor coordination and sequencing of works
• Monitor and update fit-out programmes, ensuring key milestones are achieved
• Liaise with clients, consultants, landlords, and managing agents throughout the project lifecycle
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality, safety, and programme compliance
• Attend site, design, and client meetings, tracking actions and supporting project delivery through to completion
