We're currently recruiting a dedicated Assistant Cafe Manager to help ensure the smooth running of operations in CH&CO on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

  • Mon: Full-time (Nights)

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality customer-oriented service throughout the bar's operation
  • Enhance guest experience through operational management and leadership
  • Develop and deliver all bar and cocktail menus
  • Manage business needs and performance standards in line with guidelines, SLAs, and KPIs
  • Monitor and appraise bar staff, recognizing training needs and potential
  • Order bar stock for events and bars
  • Manage stock receiving, storage, and rotation, including chilling wines
  • Conduct weekly stocktakes of liquor items
  • Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of bar equipment
  • Organize bar stock rooms
  • Ensure compliance with licensing terms
