• Modern British and American surf & turf brasserie, showcasing the best of British produce and seasonal ingredients from the UK
• Lunch and dinner service up to 90 covers – Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays
• Collaboration with a renowned Michelin star chef
• Strong team environment with 20+ staff members
• Base salary of £35,000 per annum + TRONC (£40-45k per annum)
• Creative beverage program featuring classic & trendy cocktails and organic, natural wines
• Rota of 48 hours per week
