In this role you will support day-to-day operations, drive customer service excellence, and manage a team to maximise efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Assistant Aftersales Manager or similar role in a franchised automotive dealership.
• Strong knowledge of aftersales operations and service processes.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence with few penalty points and the legal right to work in the UK.

Assistant Aftersales Manager opportunity in Birmingham

• Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (42.5 hours per week)
• Salary: From £16.12 per hour plus performance bonus, 33 days holiday, life assurance, pension and additional benefits.

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Aftersales Manager to join a busy and customer-focused automotive dealership. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader with strong operational and customer service skills who is looking to further develop their career within a successful and growing business.

Working closely with senior management, you will support the day-to-day operation of the Aftersales Department, ensuring exceptional customer service standards, strong team performance, and efficient departmental operations.

Key Responsibilities as a Assistant Aftersales Manager:

• A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and achieving operational targets.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• The ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 9 penalty points.
• The legal right to work in the UK.
