Arden White Limited is assisting a long-established automotive retailer in recruiting an Aftersales Manager. The role leads the Aftersales Department, directing Service and Parts teams to boost efficiency and profitability while delivering an outstanding customer experience. A hands-on leader is expected to drive service standards and handle warranty/MOT inquiries.

The position offers hybrid working, a company vehicle, and a comprehensive benefits package including pension and life assurance.

Qualifications

• Previous Aftersales Management experience within the motor trade is a MUST.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Commercial awareness with a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.

The Role

What We're Looking For

• Previous Aftersales Management experience within the motor trade is a MUST
