The role involves preparing management accounts, handling VAT and CIS returns, and ensuring efficient daily operations. Ideal candidates will have AAT Level 4 and strong organisational skills. We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our busy finance team. The successful candidate will take primary responsibility for managing debtors while maintaining an understanding of all departmental processes and contributing to ongoing efficiency improvements across the business.
In addition, you will take full ownership of the financial operations for one of our small sister companies. This includes preparing quarterly management accounts, completing VAT and CIS returns, and working closely with colleagues and suppliers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
This is a fast-paced role that requires strong organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and confidence working under pressure. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, collaborative, and ready to take initiative.
Salary £35k-£40k
