Job summary

Hickory's Smokehouse in Wakefield is seeking an Assistant General Manager to inspire a team and deliver guest-led, authentic BBQ cuisine in one of the busiest restaurants in town. You will work with the General Manager to uphold our culture, standards and lead a team of 80+ in a high-volume operation.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience training and running flagship outlets, a passion for hospitality, and a drive to advance within a fast-growing Southern-style Smokehouse group known for
