Hickory's Smokehouse in Worcester is hiring an Assistant General Manager to inspire and motivate a large team while upholding our culture and high standards. You will partner with the General Manager to deliver an authentic, fresh-food BBQ menu in a busy restaurant and lead a team of 80+ through training and development.

The role rewards leadership with opportunities for progression, a strong training academy, and a supportive, work-life balanced culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in flagship hospitality venues.
• Ability to train and develop large teams with consistency.
• Strong focus on guest-led service and standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and motivate a team of 80+ to deliver a high-quality, authentic BBQ dining experience.
• Work with the General Manager to uphold culture, standards and operational excellence.
• Lead by example in training, performance, and guest satisfaction.
• Support scheduling, coaching, and succession planning to drive growth.
