Hickory's Smokehouse in the UK is seeking a Deputy Manager to act as Head of Department for Bar, Restaurant or Team, fully accountable for operations in a busy site. You will uphold our culture and standards while leading the team to deliver our authentic fresh‑food BBQ menu.
