Job summary

Hickory's Smokehouse in Cardiff is seeking a Deputy Manager to run one of our busiest venues. You will be Head of Department for Bar, Restaurant or Team, and fully accountable for standards, culture and performance.

You will lead a motivated team to deliver our authentic fresh-food BBQ menu, maintain guest satisfaction, and drive growth as we expand in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management at supervisory level.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and maintain high standards.
• Passion for BBQ cuisine and fresh-food service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assigned department (Bar, Restaurant or Team) and ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold Hickory's culture, standards and policies.
• Drive the delivery of an authentic fresh-food BBQ menu in a busy restaurant.
• Mentor and manage the team while ensuring guest satisfaction.
