Hickory's Smokehouse is seeking a Deputy Manager who will act as Head of Department and be fully accountable for either the Bar, Restaurant or Team. You will uphold our culture and values, champion standards and lead the team to deliver our fresh-food BBQ offering in one of the town’s busiest venues.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or supervisory role.
• Able to lead bar, restaurant or service team.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to uphold standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Bar, Restaurant or Team operations and drive performance.
• Uphold Hickory's culture, values and standards across shifts.
• Lead and develop staff through training and coaching.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain high quality service.
