Hickory’s Smokehouse in the UK is seeking a Head Chef to lead our brigade of BBQ enthusiasts, running a bespoke kitchen and delivering the best fresh, Southern-style BBQ. You’ll work with and develop the team to serve a busy, authentic menu in one of the town’s busiest restaurants.
