The role works within stock condition risk management, configuration, stock investment planning and portfolio performance, survey programmes and more.

Location : Warrington - easily commutable from Liverpool, Manchester and Wigan

Salary : £39,441

Hours

Full time 37 per week, Monday to Friday, Permanent

What you need
  • At least 2 years of experience within stock condition risk management, within an asset management function in the housing sector
