A global university in England is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee maintenance strategies in Cambridge and Chelmsford campuses. We're looking for an experienced Asset Manager to take charge of our maintenance strategy across Cambridge and Chelmsford campuses. You'll manage everything from long-term maintenance planning to compliance and reactive works, ensuring our spaces stay safe, efficient, and inspiring.
