About the role:

We're looking for an experienced Asset Manager to take charge of our maintenance strategy across Cambridge and Chelmsford campuses. You'll manage everything from long-term maintenance planning to compliance and reactive works, ensuring our spaces stay safe, efficient, and inspiring.

What we're looking for:
  • Proven experience in asset and maintenance management
  • Strong customer service skills

  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with great communication skills
  • Degree plus demonstrable professional experience for the role OR Relevant professional/degree level qualification (Chartered where appropriate) plus demonstrable professional experience for the role plus an IOSH Managing Safely
