Job summary

JLL's Royal London Property Delivery team seeks an Asset Experience Associate who balances strategic leadership with hands-on property operations. You will manage day-to-day activities, customer relations and team leadership on site.

You will work closely with RLAM CX Strategy Director and asset managers to implement client strategy, drive service delivery, and optimise portfolio performance across complex commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, concerns and service requests, ensuring timely response and resolution while maintaining positive relationships.
• Collaborate with RLAM asset manager to set strategy and leverage subject matter experts as needed.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through amenities, services and programming.
• Maintain a clear grasp of the client's asset/portfolio strategy and communicate it to the wider team.
• Support emergency planning, business continuity, testing and monitoring with emergency management support as required.
