Job summary

JLL in the United Kingdom seeks an Associate to join the Royal London Property Delivery team. You will act as a strategic leader and operational expert for complex commercial portfolios, owning day-to-day property operations and client relationships.

The role is predominantly site-based, with emphasis on customer management, financial governance, lease coordination, health and safety, ESG, and strong stakeholder collaboration to deliver value for occupiers and the asset manager.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Client & Asset Management: Collaborate with the Royal London asset manager to set the strategy and lead relationships with professionalism and accountability.
• Customer Management & Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and contribute to improving the occupier experience.
• Financial Management & Service Charges: Support budgeting, cashflow, and supplier payments, with oversight of financial trackers.
• Lease and Legal Management: Manage lease queries and ensure compliance with covenants and valuation.
• Health & Safety and Compliance Management: Lead compliance activities, site safety checks, and incident reporting.
• ESG and Sustainability: Support ESG initiatives and sustainability reporting.
• Supplier & Contract Management: Represent the site at framework partner meetings and ensure service quality.
