Job summary

JLL is seeking an Associate to join the Royal London Property Delivery team in Gatwick. You will balance strategic leadership with hands-on management of day-to-day property operations, client relations, and team leadership.

As the primary client contact, you will guide asset strategy, coordinate with RLAM asset managers, and drive service delivery while ensuring financial accountability and compliance across service charges and contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial property management and client liaison.
• Strong ability to manage complex stakeholder groups and relationships.
• Budgeting, service charges, and financial controls experience.
• Knowledge of H&S compliance and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client relationships and asset management strategy.
• Be the primary contact for Royal London asset managers and maintain professional relationships.
• Oversee financial trackers, budgets, and supplier payments to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate lease queries, compliance, and risk management with internal teams.
• Support ESG initiatives and sustainability reporting aligned with client strategy.
• Drive site operations excellence and tenant experience through proactive service.
