Empowered Personnel is seeking a skilled Assembly Operative to join a busy manufacturing business in Coventry. This is a physically active and varied position, playing a key role in the daily production and finishing of bespoke products.

As a Assembly Operative, you will work closely with the production team to support smooth operations across stages of the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety focused, and comfortable working in a busy, fast paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Assembly Operative Key Responsibilities
  • Handling, lifting, and assembling materials and products.
  • Preparing, packing, and palletising orders for despatch.
  • Carrying out visual and quality checks on components and finished items.
  • Monitoring and maintaining stock levels in line with production requirements.
  • Using hand and air tools including paint guns, grinders, and impact drivers.
  • Reporting any faults or defects in products, tools, or machinery to management.
  • Assisting colleagues across various stages of production as needed.
